Twin trouble

Well at 22w5d (Thursday 11/15)I had what I hope to be the first and last pre term labor scare. I was having some symptoms early in the day, but the nurse said to take it easy and I should be okay until my appointment the following Monday.
Well a few hours later I was having weird pains I couldn't identify. By the time I got to the hospital I was having contractions every 5-15min. They ran a few tests and determined that there weren't any serious signs that delivery was imminent. While I was thrilled I was still confused why I was having contractions. After a shot of Terbutaline the contractions turned to irritability. We came home, I was instructed to stay on bed rest.
The following day we had an ultrasound that again confirmed everything looked okay, and there were no further signs of imminent delivery! Yay! But as my uterus was still "irritable" I was to remain on bed rest until my appointment Monday.
So here I am on bed rest. I realize it's an important job I have to grow these babes. A job that no one else can do. And while I miss the day to day with Ellie I have to prioritize the twins in this moment because I'm the sole provider for them. Ellie has many who love her an can care for her.
It's been quite an eventful 72 hours and I am anxious to discuss with my OB on Monday what the extended plan is. I'm still having some contractions/irritability while on bed rest. It does scare me. But I have to remain calm and pray these babes have NO intention of coming early! 15more weeks doesn't seem like too much to ask for!
