SA better motility increased, may proceed with Clomid

Begin Clomid 50mg
July 2009:
Referred to a reproductive endocrinologist after first month of Clomid due to painful cystic side effects.
May 2009- January 2010:
IUIs x 4, injectible cycles.
January 2010:
Proceed with IVF
February 2010:
IVF injections begin
